Do you have a question that is not answered here?

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards, check, cash, & PO’s for business setup on terms.

When is payment due?

For residential customers, payment will be due prior to services being performed.

For business customers setup on terms, payment will be determined by those terms (usually 1 month in advance).

If I want to purchase several services, do I get a price break?

For non-contractual customers or customers without a maintenance plan, YES. If you bundle services (e.g. Virus removal and Full System Optimization), we will discount each additional service you purchase from us.

For contractual customers or customers with a maintenance plan, NO. This is only because your discounts will already be factored into your contract or maintenance plan. If you wish to purchase services outside of your agreement, then YES, you would receive discounts.

If you do not have a maintenance plan or contract with CLS technology, do you charge for expedited service?

YES, there will be an additional fee if expedited service is requested. Otherwise, NO.

Do you work on Mac computers and other Apple products?

Yes. We service Apple computers. You can substitute anywhere we have “PC” (e.g. Personal Computer) with “Mac” or “Apple computer” for almost any service offering we have.

What makes/models of computers do you service?

We will work on ANY make/model/size/shape/etc. computer.

What other services do you provide?

If it’s Information Technology related, we’ll take care of it.

How far out will you come to pickup my computer?

We are located in Cottondale, FL. If you are within 50 miles, you are in our immediate service area. For issues that can be handled remotely, there is no limit. If you’re not sure, give us a call and we’ll let you know.

Can I just drop my computer off with you?

Yes. However, we ask that you call and let us know or set up an appointment first. We’d hate for you to waste a trip.

Can we buy our IT hardware, software, & services directly from CLS technology?

YES! We sell all the tech stuff you need. CLS technology is a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) of most major technology brands and companies. We have access to several distributors across the country, and if given the opportunity, we will beat anyone’s prices. Not only do we offer the best prices on technology hardware and software, we are certified with most of our technology partners that we also resell for – that’s the Value-Added part.
